The Good: The interactive Corinne Barbie doll allows for many role-playing adventures.

The Challenging: Keep the sword accessory in a special place to avoid it getting stepped on and broken.

In a Nutshell: Corinne transforms from a beautiful Barbie doll into a Musketeer.

Interchangeable, Two-in-one Outfits
The Corinne Barbie doll transforms before your eyes from a beautiful masquerade party-goer to a brave and daring Three Musketeers heroine. The skirt of her ball gown turns into a flashy, golden cape and her tiara becomes a mask to conceal her identity in her quest to save the Prince from danger.

Corinne also comes with a dazzling pink sword to frighten off enemies and a gold-colored hairbrush in the shape of a diamond that is fit for a queen. The plastic sword is very fine and can bend easily. Be sure to keep it in a safe place to avoid it getting stepped on and broken.

Interactive Doll with Plenty of Girl Power
The Three Musketeers Corinne Barbie doll is a positive, inspirational doll for any child. With her strong theme of "girl power," Corinne can show children that they can become a positive role-model, heroine, or whatever they set their mind to be.

Corinne provides opportunities for interactive and role-playing adventures in saving the Prince and others from danger with the rest of the Musketeer gang. Also, Corinne's two-in-one outfit gives you options for clothing changes that she can wear while saving the Prince or attending a ball.

5 out of 5 stars BARBIE CORINNE DOLL   June 21, 2010

ORDERED FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER BECAUSE I COULD NOT FIND ONE IN THE STORES ANYWHERE BECAUSE THEY WERE ON BACKORDER FROM MATTEL. I WAS JUST GLAD TO FIND IT.

3 out of 5 stars Not as nice as it could be...   May 18, 2010

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas 2009. She was in LOVE with the whole Three Musketeers concept and would jump up and down every time she saw the commercials. I felt like many reviewers that the quality of this doll was definitely not the best. Also, we didn't realize that the crown does not come off! (Maybe there is a way to pry it off or something, but it's actually stuck INTO her head.) Also, she has the pink legs that other reviewers have mentioned. This seems to be a bit of trend for Barbie lately as I've seen ballerinas etc that have colored "tights" for legs. I'm not a fan of that. Our skirt stays on most of the time but it does just stick by a thread to her waist. My daughter loves her though and the pink legs aren't a problem for my daughter, even when Barbie "borrows" swimwear from other dolls. The bottom line for me is that I'm glad I didn't pay the [...] retail price as I definitely don't think the quality was worth that.

4 out of 5 stars Great doll   February 28, 2010

Bought this doll for my 5 year old granddaughter who loves the Barbie in the Three Musketeers movie. This doll represents the lead character in that movie. Gave it as Christmas present over 2 months ago and she still plays with it and it has held up well so far. Sword is flimsy however so I replaced it with a toothpick. Happy. No educational value, but sometimes little (and big) girls just want to have fun.

3 out of 5 stars OK but seems like they rushed production   February 25, 2010

My 4 year old absolutely loves Barbie and the 3 Musketeers and also loves her Corrine doll. However there were some odd things about the doll that I found offputting. The mask is literally stuck into the top of Barbie's head so it will slide up and down which first off is strange, and secondly does not allow the mask/crown to be removed. The legs are dyed pink also so even if she wants to change the doll's outfit she is still stuck with pink legs and a crown through her head...and isn't changing outfits the most fun thing about Barbie?? Also as many other reviewers have stated, the skirt/cape is held on with the tiniest piece of velcro imaginable. My daughter doesn't usually even bother with it because she knows it will fall off. I think Mattel could have sprung for a slightly larger piece of velcro. And as almost everyone else has stated the sword breaks after about 5 minutes if you are lucky to have that long.
While my daughter loves her Musketeer, I feel like Mattel rushed to make this doll and did not really test it out or consider how it would be played with. If your daughter loves Barbie and the Musketeers then go ahead and get it for her, but if she is just interested in Barbie then don't bother as it will just frustrate her.
